  3. Return Shipping Costs: Please note that customers are responsible for covering all shipping costs associated with the return of the product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  4. Refunds and Exchanges: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Alternatively, if an exchange was requested, we will provide details about the replacement product and shipment.
  5. Sale Items: Even our sale items can be returned if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase. The same return conditions apply to these items.
  6. Return Process: To initiate a return, please email us at info@localinsights.co.uk. Include your receipt and explain the reason for your return. Our customer service team will then confirm the receipt of your return request and guide you through the next steps via a phone call.
